What we collect. We collect personal information you provide to us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number and project details, typically when you contact us through this website, by email or by phone.
How we use it. We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide our services, manage projects and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Disclosure. We may share relevant information with trusted suppliers and trades engaged on your project, and only as needed to deliver our services.
Photography. With your written consent, we may photograph completed projects for our portfolio, website and social media. You may decline or set conditions at any time.
Storage and security. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to destroy or de-identify it when no longer needed.
Access and contact. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting us at mail@thepavilionproject.com.au.
Terms & Conditions
Engagement. Services are confirmed on written acceptance of a proposal or fee letter and payment of the agreed deposit. The deposit secures your project in our schedule and is non-refundable once work commences.
Fees and payment. Fees are as set out in your proposal, plus GST. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.
Scope. Our proposal defines the agreed scope. Changes or additions requested after approval may be charged at our hourly rate, quoted before proceeding.
Third parties. We may recommend builders, trades and suppliers, but contracts for their work are between you and them. We are not liable for the workmanship or delays of third parties.
Intellectual property. All designs, drawings and documentation remain the property of The Pavilion Project and are licensed to you for the project for which they were prepared.
Photography and promotion. We may photograph completed work for portfolio and promotional use, with your consent and without identifying your address.
Cancellation. Either party may end the engagement in writing. Work completed to the date of cancellation, plus any committed costs, is payable.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or the cost of doing so. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
